Washington Planned Parenthood Clinic Protected a Child Rapist

It happened again.

Luis Gonzalez-Jose, 31, asked a 12-year-old girl if it was ok for her to have a baby with him. When she said no, he stripped her and raped her in her home.  Then in August 2012, Gonzales-Jose took her to a Planned Parenthood clinic in Washington state to have an abortion.

With her rapist at her side, the girl told Planned Parenthood that her 14-year-old boyfriend got her pregnant, and that she couldn’t give them his name or address. That was all Planned Parenthood needed to go ahead with the abortion. No parents were called. No abuse report was filed.

The rapist was caught – but only because six weeks after the abortion the girl herself came forward and told a police detective the truth. But how many girls don’t come forward? The conduct is brutally logical. A pedophile gets a child pregnant and he must eradicate the evidence of his child rape – the first stop is an abortion clinic. When first elected Attorney General of Kansas in 2002, I promised to strengthen the state’s efforts to protect children from pedophiles.

As part of his efforts, Attorney General Kline investigated evidence that Kansas’s abortion clinics were not reported child rape as required by law. Kline’s investigation revealed that during a time in 2002 and 2003 when 166 Kansas children had abortions the abortion clinics operated by Dr.George Tiller and Planned Parenthood each reported only one case of child rape.

Three judges reviewed Kline’s evidence and each found probable cause to believe that Planned Parenthood and Dr. Tiller committed a combined 137 criminal acts, including 23 felonies. None of these charges, however, reached court due to the obstruction of then Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius (now President Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services). Governor Sebelius’s administration destroyed documents implicating Planned Parenthood in crimes while aware that those documents were evidence in the criminal case.

Governor Sebelius protected Planned Parenthood – one of her key political allies. If Planned Parenthood would have been convicted, the abortion provider would have all of its federal taxpayer funding – more than $350 million a year.  Despite Sebelius’s efforts, however, the evidence against Planned Parenthood continues to mount.

A 21-year-old soccer coach, John Haller, posed as his 14-year-old victim’s father in order to give a Cincinnati Planned Parenthood the “parental consent” required to carry out her abortion in 2004. An observer told local media at the time that Planned Parenthood’s “argument that they made a good faith effort to contact the parents, quite frankly, in our opinion, is ludicrous.” The abortion giant settled the lawsuit in 2011, after contesting it for seven years.

LiveAction began its hidden video campaign against Planned Parenthood in 2006 capturing numerous clinic workers refusing to report child molestation.

Last Thursday, a Jamaican-born man in Maine was arrested for murdering a 14-year-old girl and trying to set her corpse on fire for refusing to have an abortion. The medical examiner’s office later confirmed the victim, Shaniesha Forbes, was not pregnant.

In 2012, Kacy Heath of Indiana was arrested for getting a 15-year-old an abortion in order to cover up the fact that her 21-year-old son, Steven King, had a coercive physical relationship with her.

Moreover, Planned Parenthood is not shy about its attitude regarding reporting statutes. The abortion giant does not believe a 12 or 13 year-old child is harmed when having intercourse with an adult unless there is physical force involved.

“One thing is certain, in any cases of sexual contact between a child and an adult where there has been no force or violence, the greater the fuss and uproar the greater the possible damage to the minor. The major effects of such incidents are caused not by the event itself but by the outraged, angry, fearful, and shocked reactions of the adults who learn of it, whether they be parents, relatives, or police. It is these immoderate reactions which may cause whatever psychological damage occurs.” **
