UN Climate Summit to Cost Consumers Dearly

The recent agreement among 200 nations on climate change at the Paris Climate Summit is going to cost consumers dearly.   "The United Nations on Thursday urged countries to impose international taxes to raise more than $400 billion a year, such as a carbon tax, a currency transaction tax and a billionaires tax, to offset cutbacks in aid by many countries amid global economic turmoil."  The Obama administration likely will invite the UN to tax Americans directly in his last term and he has the platform with the Paris accord. 

Expect the first carbon tax impact at the gas pump (est.- $0.70-$1.30 per gallon) along with home utilities, the internet and appliances that use electricity. "..the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a multinational scientific body organized under the auspices of the United Nations, published its first comprehensive report on the topic... the IPCC concluded that "emissions resulting from human activities are substantially increasing the atmospheric concentrations of ... greenhouse gases..."  Nearly 7 billion people breathing is the real CO2 emission problem as can be seen from the chart, but look to Obamacare to remedy that in the near future.

You will be required to pay a personal emissions tax. "The average person's diet contributes 2,545 kilograms CO₂ to the atmosphere each year. By dividing by 365, it is deduced that the average person's diet contributes, on average, 7 kg CO₂ a day from their meals."  This is a tax for merely being alive. What do you think will happen when you're deemed to emit more CO2 than value you bring to the state?
 

The University of East Anglia weapons of alarmism, deception and fraud have been instrumental in paving the way for carbon taxes. Doubt there's much scientific fraud? Then take a look at Retraction Watch to see how many 'peer' reviewed papers and other technical publications have been recanted. Even the US Dept of Energy is complicit: "Any work we have done in the past is done on the back of the research grants we get - and has to be well hidden. I've discussed this with the main funder (US Dept of Energy) in the past and they are happy about not releasing the original station data." WHY?

Carbon trading will now become the new world economy demonstrating the efficacy of fraud in extorting money from the global citizenry.  And who will be running the operation? The banks, not the governments they own.  However, deception and fraud alone are simply not effective in combating anthropogenic climate change due to the abundance of contradictory data.  It's why steps are being taken to criminalize climate change deniers.   Critics will be silenced.

In the coming new world order, the populace will be required to part with the bulk of their wealth in order to satisfy a myriad of environmental regulations set by unelected bureaucrats.  Politicos will devise ways to force citizens to fund unwanted sustainable development, environmentally upgrade their homes in order to sell and pay for carbon content in their food and fuel.  There will be no punishment for bureaucratic abuse.

Bureaucratic abuse is based on nothing more than government 'think tank' CO2 computer models that have undergone no validation. Federal agencies are free to do whatever they wish without recourse.  "Under President Obama and Ms. Jackson, EPA conducted illegal experiments on humans and imposed 2,071 new rules whose benefits exist mostly in computer models and press releases..." 
 

The elites want to reduce the world's population, pure and simple. The message? You're expendable and earth's carbon footprint would be improved. "Journalist Luke Rudkowski asked President Obama's Science Czar, John P. Holdren, about the statements made in his 1977 book, Ecoscience. In this book, Holdren outlined ways to handle "overpopulation" which included forced abortions and sterilization."

A drastically downsized population is the objective. The supposed dangers of atmospheric carbon dioxide are merely a tool towards that end. Your wealth will be drained off to fund the elite agenda, your continued existence based on a perceived usefulness to the state. As economist Jeremy Rifkin has noted, "It's our creation now, we are the power, the kingdom and the glory."

UPDATE 12-22-15:   Appendix C - Summary of Calculations

From Appendix C, we see that the Incident Air Volume over the U.S. at 1000 ft is 1.056 x 10¹⁵ ft3. But, lets examine the earth's atmospheric bottle at just 10 ft above grade for our chart purposes. Since CO2 occurs naturally in the atmosphere at approximately 0.04% by volume:
 

CO2now. org indicates the Nov 2015 atmospheric concentration at 400.16 parts per million, normal variation within the 0.04% atmospheric concentration. So our atmospheric concentration per the chart is calculated as: 3,787,425 miles²  x   (5,280 ft)² / 1 mile²  x  10 ft above grade  x  0.04% CO2 / ft³ of air  =  4.22 x 10¹³ ft³ of CO2 at a 10 ft elevation in our chosen atmospheric bottle.
